Fixed asset management and tracking outsourcing

The objective is to maintain capital assets’ data updated, either with our own fixed assets management software (LevinAssets – LA) or with any software our clients choose. The service comprises certain activities that may be included fully or partially, according to each client’s needs:

• Monthly review of assets added, transferred and removed.
• Database maintenance.
• Tagging.
• Cyclic inventories.
• Standard and ad-hoc Reports.
